    It is with immense pleasure that I recommend Dana Furlow as a real estate agent and Monica Petway as a lender for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. I was comfortable continuing to rent (especially in this crazy 2022 market) until speaking with both Dana and Monica.Monica took the time out to go over my financial qualification and explain to me what exactly I would need moving forward. Dana helped establish a dream home and future legacy for myself and my children. Within the first week of connecting with Dana, she had secured four viewings and wrote up two offers. She listened to what I was looking for and gave suggestions I had not thought of. Monica had a UW written up for every house we put an offer towards, which really helped back the offer. Dana always had her phone handy, ready to take notes and begin the initial stages of writing up the offer even before leaving! They returned all phone calls, emails, and texts the same day. I never felt neglected or unimportant. Both parties even reached out to offer words of encouragement and affirmation after so many declined offers. Dana and Monica are also highly personable with engaging personalities. Dana was honest at viewings, pointing out any flaws in homes not normally caught by the untrained eye.
