I am so extremely happy and impressed with the service that I received from Monica Petway! I was referred to Monica by my agent who I really trust so I knew that she would be good but she really went above and beyond my expectations. From the first phone call I had with her I could tell that she was extremely knowledgeable about mortgage loans. I called her wanting a certain kind of loan and she showed me a way to qualify for a better kind of loan with a lower rate. I called Monica to inquire about a refinance on my home mortgage. After quickly working through the numbers and loan options, I was locked into an interest rate less than 24 hours later. All the needed documents were uploaded and sent electronically which helped make the process easier. Less than two weeks later I signed my loan documents and by the time my loan was funded the whole process only took two weeks. Monica made this process so easy and painless.

I was comfortable continuing to rent (especially in this crazy 2022 market) until speaking with both Dana and Monica. Monica took the time out to go over my financial qualification and explain to me what exactly I would need moving forward. Dana helped establish a dream home and future legacy for myself and my children. 

Within the first week of connecting with Dana, she had secured four viewings and wrote up two offers. She listened to what I was looking for and gave suggestions I had not thought of. Monica had a UW written up for every house we put an offer towards, which really helped back the offer. Dana always had her phone handy, ready to take notes and begin the initial stages of writing up the offer even before leaving! Both parties communicated with each other at all times, which helped me not waste time with homes that were out of my price range or not in line with my needs. 

A master with contract negotiations, Dana came up with a deal that was good for me and made the seller happy as well. She knows the high desert area well, with no listing escaping Dana?s attention. 

As a new home buyer, I was intimidated by the thought of buying a house. Monica showed great patience in explaining the intricacies involved with the loan process in a clear and concise manner. It was evident that she really took the time to research all the options, and did not just settle for the easiest or most utilized option. The time and effort Monica put into my loan and closing process were very obvious. Monica secured an excellent rate that was competitive and came up with a smart financing strategy that let me purchase my new house in a fiscally responsible manner. I was able to close on my new home much faster than I and my real estate agent thought was possible. 

I found both Dana and Monica to be a highly attentive team, almost as if I were their only customers, although I know that was not the case. They returned all phone calls, emails, and texts the same day. I never felt neglected or unimportant. Both parties even reached out to offer words of encouragement and affirmation after so many declined offers. Dana and Monica are also highly personable with engaging personalities. Dana was honest at viewings, pointing out any flaws in homes not normally caught by the untrained eye. Monica knew my financial concerns and made sure every house viewed was in line with those concerns. 

I am overjoyed that I had the pleasure to work with such a dynamic duo, and would most definitely recommend Dana as a realtor and Monica as a lender to anyone looking to buy a home.
