I was referred to Monica by my agent who I really trust so I knew that she would be good but she really went above and beyond my expectations. From the first phone call I had with her I could tell that she was extremely knowledgeable about mortgage loans. I called her wanting a certain kind of loan and she showed me a way to qualify for a better kind of loan with a lower rate. I wasn?t sure that I would qualify but she held my hand every step of the way until we made it to the finish line and I closed on my home. Monica is an exceptional person and a dream to work with. From the beginning, she was always open and accommodating to us as we searched for our home. We changed our minds multiple times on where we wanted to live, what type of house we were looking for, and what our budget was. She never pushed us into anything and was patient throughout the process. She was responsive anytime we had questions, needed information, or would ask her to go see a home. She dedicated hours of her time to driving to multiple locations to view homes and was always willing to serve us by setting up home tours.
